We're arriving in Orlando at about 2pm so we thought it would be cool to do the Christmas Party that night. We're in MST so it will be easiest for us to stay late at MK that night as we'll still be used to our time zone since midnight will feel like 10pm to our kiddos. So, we're not buying passes for the first day because you can get into the park with the xmas party tickets, right? I read that they generally let you start entering the park with the party tickets around 4pm. Can anyone confirm this?

Thanks!

My understanding is yes you can enter the par starting at 4pm. This is from info central here on Intercot.

Special Note:
Separate admission ticket is required for these events. Event tickets are valid only during specific dates and hours. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not included with any other ticket media.

Beginning at 4:00 p.m., Guests already inside the Theme Park who have purchased admission for the "hard ticket event" for that day may return to the Main Entrance to have their hard ticket event admission swiped. The Guest will receive a wristband which will serve as proof of admission for the event later that evening.

Guests with wristbands may stay in the park at closing; all other Guests will be asked to leave the park. In addition to the Main Entrance, additional areas for Guests to swipe their hard ticket admissions and receive wristbands may be set up inside the park. Guests should refer to their park guide or ask a Cast Member for these locations.

Based on all of this year's MNSSHP entries, and the last 4 or more years of MVMCP entires...

The 4PM entry using only your party tickets is confirmed.

4pm entry (sometimes 3:50 or 3:55 as soon as the turnstile computers reset), use the "right side" turnstiles only.

Your post did not indicate when you are coming but if it is on Nov. 9, the first party night, be advised it has been sold out for some time now. No information has been conveyed to us yet for the 12, 15th or 16th parties but I would expect them to be "well attended" as well.

Just a question what does MST stand for?

Mountain Standard Time. 2 hours behind EST (WDW.) 11pm would only feel like 9pm after traveling from MST to EST.
