I was curious about what kind of policy Disney has towards people who don't have MVMCP wrist bands that are eating after 7pm. We've got reservations that are just before 7 and I'm hoping they don't say "No wristband, no meal." And what about at CS places - do you need a wristband to eat at Starlight Cafe after 7pm? Just curious.

I have seen people with ADR's and no wrist band turned away from LTT while I was waiting for my ADR during MVMCP in 2005. I do not know about the CS though.

Usually CS such as Starlight or Columbia House will close earlier so no one can enter at 7pm I recently tried to eat at Columbia House on a party night only to realize it was closed. You will be able to eat as long as its before 7pm but they will escort you out the park when you are done with your meal

With or without tasers?

I've seen non-ADR guests turned away but I'm not sure about ADR. I would guess you'd be ok. As for CS, I would remind you that some close early because they become hot chocolate and cookie stations for the party. I believe Cosmic Ray's is open for food but Columbia House closes to become a cookie station.
