It will be a Sunday night. We plan on spending being at Magic Kingdom. We have tried to get into Ohanas with no luck.

If we can't get in there, we are going to keep trying. Where would you go. It needs to be one table service credit and either at the Magic Kingdom or one of the neighboring hotels.

A few years ago we ate at Kona Cafe at Poly and it was really good. We would eat there again if we couldn't get into Ohana's.

Try both on-line reservations and telephone. I've had luck with one and not the other at times.

Kona Cafe and Grand Foridian Cafe are both great. We have ADR's for both places for our upcoming trip.

Keep trying for Ohana, we did see a line for "walk ins" when we ate there in September. Not sure if your group is up for it but maybe worth a try?? Otherwise I would do kona cafe. :eat:

Grand Floridian Cafe would be my choice. I love 'Ohana, but I'm not a fan of Kona (though it is a fine choice and lots of people love it). If I could get into Be Our Guest, I would go there. I had a tour, and it's gorgeous inside. I would also consider the Wave. It gets up and down reviews, but I want to try it. Plus, you can walk to MK from there.

Ohanas is wonderful, but if I couldn't get in there Kona would be my second pick;)

We tried Kona Cafe on our most recent trip (Sept 2012) for the first time ever and we really loved it. We also like Grand Floridian Cafe. You can't go wrong with either one.

Have a great vacation!:mickey:

If I couldn't get in at Ohana's my second choice would be Kona Cafe. Grand Floridian Cafe would be right behind Kona. Loved our meals at both of these locations.

I've never been to the Poly for dinner, so I can't speak to those places. The places I can say are great start with the Liberty Tree Tavern in MK. You don't have to leave the park, and the food is really good. Also, 1900 Park Faire at GF is a great place with really fun character interaction.

If you can't get into Ohana's, I would rank the choices like this:

1) Kona (Poly)
2) Tony's (MK)
3) Crystal Palace (MK)
4) Liberty Tree (MK)
5) Whispering Canyon (WL)

Keep trying!!! I just got my Le Cellier reservation that I'd been trying to make in January. Persistence pays off sometimes!

Thanks but I love the feedback. Making a list to share with the group. We are going to keep trying Ohanas it was my parents only request.
Going to try to walk up, but want alternatives.
