How busy/crowded is the boat that goes from WL to MK?

Same as the crowds for the buses or less?

If you're going at opening or closing it will be busy but they run about every 20 minutes. During the day, it's not bad at all. They do not allow standing on the boat though so once aboard it's comfortable.

There is also a bus from WL to MK which takes about 5-7 minutes. We tend to use it frequently because it's located outside the villas and have often been the only ones aboard. They tend to run ever 15 minutes or so.

We rode it during the day (mid afternoon, around 3) and it was empty. I would think it would be a little more crowded in the morning or evenings as another poster suggested:mickey:

Depends on time of day. Opening and closing can be busy as can the time shortly before fireworks.

Depends on your timing. Early and late, around park open can take a while, but if you aren't moving at peak times, the boat is my favorite part of staying at WL. More than once, I had the boat to myself. So peaceful!

If there is no standing, do I have to fold up our strollers? I was hoping to use the boat to avoid this.

Partially depends on which boat they are using. If they are using the larger boats, you might be able to wheel on. If they are using the smaller boats, you will need to fold up.

If you dont mind walking, we take the boat to the Contemporary and walk to MK. Feels quicker.
