Magical Express Luggage Tags

I'm slightly embarrassed to be asking this, as I've used Magical Express 4 times now, and you'd think I'd remember the time frame by my fifth time using the service...but I just made my resort reservation at POP a little over a week ago...and I don't remember when they send the Magical Express tickets along with the luggage tags. I thought it was about 4 weeks out from the arrival date, but we've already passed that point. I'm not really worried...I've never had a bad experience with Magical Express (said Eric while knocking on the nearest piece of wood available). I'm just 26 days out from my vacation and anxious to have everything in place...know what I mean?.

They usually send those 2-3 weeks before your arrival. They send pretty close to time in case there are changes to your flights.

Ooh, cool! Our arrival is 11/6. That'd be amazing if my tags were in my mailbox tonight. I imagine, though, you probably made your reservations further in advance than I did, Arbie!

Hey I just noticed we're both in Houston. :). My mom and I are going for a quick trip and I think we booked about 6 weeks ago. She's never been and wants to go to WDW since that's my favorite place on earth! Have a great trip.

I added DME to our ICOT-15 reservation on 9/28, arriving on 10/25. Our tags arrived on 10/11- exactly 2 weeks before we leave.

I got my disney vouchers first and I did not have the yellow luggage tags. I was told by magical express that they will send that separat usually 2 weeks before travel. I got the luggage tags exactly when they said I would. However you only get 1 yellow luggage tag for each person. If you need more than that you have to call magical express and they will send out some additional tags..

Does it take longer to get the tags if you book through a travel agency? I booked through Magical Journeys. A friend who is going 2 days after us already received her tags and we haven't. Magical Journeys is at a training until 10/30 so I wasn't sure if that would cause a delay for us. Our trip is one month out - 11/23.

Not sure that makes a difference. I booked directly through Disney, and while the Magical Express folks got my tags to me in good time, my brother still has yet to get his, and we're only 11 days out from arrival. So I'm going to have to call Magical Express for the
4th time over this.

...aaaand to give Disney proper credit...my brother's ticket and luggage tags did arrive on Saturday. They were mailed on Monday (after my 3rd phone call with Magical Express) and just took a long time in the mail.
