Saw that it was being revamped....

A little bummed, but part of me understands. I did love the adults only type vibe, and the upscale feel, but still understand how us in the US can feel somewhat stuffy in this type of setting. Anyone have any thoughts?

I'm a little disappointed they are changing it, but totally understand why.

I'm with you! I can understand the changes, but sad that it's gone. I loved the elegance and tuxedoed waiters. I guess it was a tough sell in a theme park, but they allowed a more relaxed dress code recognizing that some people might have been spending the day at a park. And it was so lovely.

It will come back, of course, but not as Bistro de Paris and not the same. The only upside for me is that the bakery will be moved and will take on the baking of all the bread in the pavilion, which should be wonderful. And they will have a new ice cream parlor. And as a new, more relaxed and casual space, I'm sure the restaurant will still be good with good food. Overall, the change for the pavilion is fantastic, but for Bistro de Paris lovers, not so much.
