Dining Plan - Refillable Mug?

years since we've been at the World, and back then the refillable mugs were only free with the Quick Service Dining Plan.

Is it free with all dining plans now?

Yep! We got ours when we were there over Labor Day week.

I don't think they have made any changes for the 2013 dining plan.

Yes, one for each person in your party. Automatically loaded to your key to the world card for use. :mickey:

It's my understanding it's the resort only, but in August I saw families refilling their mugs at a self service drink machine at HS (Backlot Express). No CM witnessing the event said anything to them.
