TiW Card / Valet Parking question

During my November trip I will be purchasing the Tables in Wonderland card.

I understand that members get free Valet parking at the resorts if you show them your dining receipt when going back to collect your car.

I have two questions about this.

First, is there a time limit or can you let your car sit at the resort for a while?

Second, if we eat at the Big River Grille on the Boardwalk, is there valet parking near there?

I have heard there is a 3 hour time limit for parking at resorts when going for a meal.

You would park at the Boardwalk Inn and walk through the Inn and downstairs to the Boardwalk.
