Opening show at MK

If Magic Kingdom has amEMH what time do they do park opening show? Do they do one? In all the times I have gone to MK I have not been there for rope drop. This up coming trip I would like to see it but our day to go is on a amEMH. Thanks:mickey:

Rats, the other day we plan to go to MK we are doing the new Segway tour at Epcot in the am. I guess it will still elude me. Too bad, this is my sister's first trip and it would have been nice for her to get the "full experience" or thrill of Disney.:mickey:
