AoA Transportation questions.....

What are the transportation options? Bus only? Boat? What were your average times to get to the parks?
We will be staying there for the first time in November and are really looking forward to another great vacation.

Bus, Bus, and Bus. The good thing is that the AoA buses are dedicated only to it, like POP, so we never had to wait for a second bus.

That being said, we were there last week just as the Lion King section opened and Mermaid has not opened yet.

Drive times to Epcot, DS and Downtown Disney are relatively short (~ 10 min). MK is longest and AK is somewhere in-between. (15 min +)
