I saw two blog posts on Disney Parks Blog in regards to some designing of the Be Our Guest Restaurant that I thought I would share.
It appears there will be cute, some subtle, some not so subtle and very creative designing work, painting, tile work, etc. through out the Be Our Guest Restaurant featuring certain aspects and characters of the movie Beauty and the Beast.
As far as reservations, it appears they are hoping to release an exact date by the end of this month for when you can start making ADR's.
Which personally I think is going to be a nightmare trying to get an ADR because EVERYONE will want to see the "new restaurant" nice and fresh so good luck to all who try lol!
