Diamond Horseshoe at New Years

I was peeking to see if Be Our Guest was taking ADRs yet, and the option popped to get ADRs at the Diamond Horseshoe Review for New Years.
I remember Diamond Horseshoe being open for counter service (I think) during busier times, but the price point looked more like a buffet option.
Does anyone know if they're adding this for the hoilday season, or am I misreading it?

It does look like they are planning to offer it, as a buffet.

Since you can't book it yet, it may depend on bookings and if Disney feels it is really needed.

Diamond Horseshoe does open seasonally. I remember reading about it during the holiday season last year. I think their buffet is items that come from the Liberty Tree Tavern's kitchen.

I'm wondering though, with the opening of Be Our Guest this year if it will actually be needed. The price point and menu offerings are very different so they may still use it.
