Going with my parents in November there is one showing of Fantasmic a night while we are there.

They use a scooter and walker and there will be three other people with them. Is there special seating for them? Can we all sit with them? And do we need to get there early for this or should we do a dinner package?

There are special seating areas for those using wheelchairs and scooters and their parties. And when you ask about "all" being able to sit with them, I would suspect this may have to do with how many are in your party. I have occasionally seen Disney limit the number of folks who can remain with those in wheelchairs when the party is quite large.

I have no direct experience but I would suspect that those in wheelchairs and their parties are separated from the general crowd at some point to be directed to the appropriate seating. I would still encourage arriving early or getting the dinner package.

Here is some additional information from Disney's Mom's Panel:

There is indeed wheelchair accessible seating along the back row of the Fantasmic theater. Without the dining package, you will have to wait in line with everyone else. Once you reach the top of the walk way & enter the theater, a Cast Member will escort you to an available wheelchair accessible seat. One person of your party may sit with your daughter while the rest of your party is directed to additional companion seating near you.

My DW views Fantasmic from a wheelchair and I am able to set beside her in the special seating provided for wheelchairs and scooters. Let me say the view is Great so don't be leery of the "back row" . Others in your party should be able to set right in front of you on the bench seating.
Enjoy the show!:smickey:

If it's the same area where they do the reflective captioning (I think I remember seeing spots for wheelchairs), then it's a great location. We were in the center back row and it was terrific. There were others with hearing issues that had more than one person with them in the back rows. It's probably dependent on the crowds and the number of people needing special arrangements.

Good luck and have a great time!
