are tour groups bad mid september?

before I begin I do not want to sound descriminating but I was wondering how heavy the brazilian tour groups are in mid to late september?

It is just wife and I going and we like to be as stress free as possible on our visit.

many many people are posting negative complaints on how rude and stress causing these groups can be and we are spending a lot of money on a 2 week visit and want to avoid this if possible.

I think in September you will be ok. I hear they are mostly there in June, July, and the first Part of August.

I have been at POP and ASMV in early Sept and late Aug and have not see alot of folks from S America in large groups. I would guess and hope their school years are like ours.

I will be at POP again Labor Day week and hoping for light crowds as in previous visits at that time.

I went in September of 2010 and I believe we only saw maybe 2-3 at most and they were in MK. This surpised me cause our Feb. trips were swarmed with them. Flags everywhere!
