Bounceback Question

My sister (yay Jennsky!) and I are both going to be at ICOT-15 this October.

The room is currently booked under her name, although I am listed on the reservation as well.

We are both planning on coming back to WDW in 2013... her in January, me in March.

Can we both book separate Bounceback offers in October? Or will she be the only one able to take advantage of the Bounceback, since she booked our room for ICOT-15?

We just did this. My husband was allowed to book one room and I was allowed to book one room. We were told to do this by the CM that made our reservation on the phone. So we have two rooms booked for December.
