French fries-count as snack on DDP?

If I just wanted a side of french fries as snack at say Capt Cooks-Poly, would that count as snack on DDP? I know people say anything under $4 but I do not know the price of them.

I have seen the DDP logo next to the fries at places-Cosmic Rays comes to mind - so I would think it would be at CS across the board.
