Dinning Plan/ Refillable Mug

Does the dinning plan include a refillable mug?

I didn't see it in any of the info spots.

As far as I know, only the Quick Service Dining Plan includes a mug.

I think that the regular dining plan comes with a mug now, too. At least I seem to remember seeing that when I added it to my November trip.

According to the Disney website, both the 2012 and 2013 plans include the refillable mugs.
