transfer of luggage

I was told that I cannot get my luggage transferred from Art of Animation to BLT. I know I had my belongings sent from one hotel to another once before but then I was not in a value resort. So am I to pack up all our suitcases after our stay at AoA & take them on a theme park bus & then take another bus with all our stuff to the Contemporary to check in for BLT? I just cant see they would make us do this.

That can't be right, I'm on the phone with the Disney Travel right now and we are switching from All Star Sports to Wilderness Lodge and she said absolutely they transfer luggage!

I'm not sure who you spoke with but they will transfer your luggage from resort to resort.

I think you have to contact Bell services. Just dont forget to tip em ;)
