Brazil in Epcot

A while ago I remember it being reported that Brazil was going to be added to Epcot? Has anyone heard anything more about this, or is it being built alongside Beastly Kingdom and the Villains park? :)

Rumors swirled about that last year, even announced by the Brazilian media, but they have pretty much died down since then. No current plans for that.
