Just returned from WDW

Just returned from WDW 6/23-7/1 with DW and DS3 and DS5

Had a great (and tiring) time

I've been several times, but am doing some quick planning for a trip in three weeks. What were your dining experiences? What were the hilites of your trip? :wave:

My kids are not good eaters and we ordered from garden grocer and made them a lot of PB & J

We like the restaurants

We always do Teppan Edo which was fun as always

We also always do Le Cellier and that was great
Filet was awesome

DS5 didn't want to eat the pretzel bread...once I convinced him to try it he didn't want to stop

We enjoyed 'Ohana. I ate a whole lot of shrimp

Ate at via Napoli for lunch. First time there and the pizza was excellent (as were the meatballs that came with our sons' pasta)

All in all, the sit down meals we had were all good to excellent

The boys of course loved dumbo and carpet dumbo (aladdin) and dinosaur dumbo in AK

DS3 loved tea cups and both boys loved it's a small world

DS5 is chicken and DS3 not quite 40 inches so we didn't do many "thrill rides" with them

How many park days did you have? How were the crowds?

we arrived saturday 6/23 and hit MK around 3pm
left yesterday morning after spending 2 hours in the parks

haven't really gone much this time of year
i though the crowds were fairly heavy, but reasonable overall

dealt with pretty heavy rain 2.5 days and the rest was very nice and quite hot

we were at the parks everyday except went to legoland 1 day so we had 6 full days and 5 hours on the first saturday and 2 hours the last sunday

We did not do any late nights withe boys, although DW and myself got a babysitter 2 nights

We were at BLT from 6/28 - 7/2. Just got back a few hours ago, luckily we missed the rain.

I agree with the crowds, they seemed heavy but for the most part very manageable. Ran into quite a few Brazilian groups but thought they were really well behaved albeit a bit loud.

A lot of people checking in today though for the 4th. Still were able to do 6 or 7 rides at MK this morning though with no problem. Very hot though.
