Brave 3D or Dolby Atmos??

It appears that the Downtown Disney Theater's are carrying the new Brave movie in 3D and regular 2D, but to enjoy the newest Dolby Atmos sound technology they only offer it in the 2D version? seems weird to me, I hope I'm wrong...

Don't know, but I have read a couple of reviews that say that Brave will be one of the few Pixar releases you are better off seeing in 2D. Just FYI
