Phineas & Ferb have a great interactive meet and greet in Hollywood Studios right at the Muppets exit and right beside Lightning and Mater. Don't miss it!

No, but there is an Agent P interactive game starting up in World Showcase at Epcot right about the same time you'll be arriving. They haven't announced exactly when other than "late June" but you should definitely check on it. It'll be taking the place of the Kim Possible game.
