Are they doing anything special to the castle for the summer? I thought I read somewhere that it was going to change to a look of a sand castle?

No changes to the actual Castle.

What you read about is a change to the Castle SHOW, "The Magic, the Memories and You."
(Which is a nighttime show that features IMAGES projected ONTO the front facade of the Castle.)

Many of the show's images make it appear that the Castle is changing in shape and composition.

The "sand castle" image is one that was added to the show for the summer.
