Park merchandise returns

We got home with a duplicate item. Can it be returned to a Disney Store or Outlet? Thanks.

I think you have to work with the parks directly, I don't think they take parks returns in store.

You can contact Disney merchandising at 1-877-560-6477.

Depending on what it is, it might be easier to give it as gift.

-zipper pull on jacket or purse
-ceiling fan pull
-attach to lunch bag
