Surprise for DS Birthday

Well we are at it again. This time it is a surprise trip for DS for his third BD (dum de dum dum...now he has to PAY!!!!) It has been a challenge not to tell him, since he loves the place (ok we love it too, but I digress). We are flying out of New Orleans on Thursday morning and flying back on Memorial day. We have never gone durning a holiday weekend. Does anyone have a forcast on the crowds (silly question, but I would like a general idea).
Thanks for any information submitted and cannot wait until thursday... this week is going to drag at work lol!

I would expect significant crowds in Disney Studios and also an increase in crowds in the Magic Kingdom.

In the past, Memorial Day weekend has been quite manageable but, given the crowds I saw earlier in the month, I'd expect moderate to heavy crowds. PLus, schools are beginning to release for the summer so many folks will begin heading to Disney for the summer break trips.
