Ok, this will be our first time at Food and Wine and want to know what is a "can't miss" food keoske. I know there can be variations every year but would still like to hear everyone's favorites and must haves!

Some of our must haves are:
Lobster and Scallop Pie (Ireland)
Escargot - Pomegranate Kir (France)
Crab Cake (Hops & Barley)
Sushi - Kirin Beer (Japan)

If you google Epcot Food and Wine menu you will still be able to find some of last year's menus posted. New menus usually come out late summer.

This October will by the 5th time at F&W for DH and I. We love it! Since we usually use the DDP, we save our snacks for F&W. Last year I went through the menu with prices, highlighted the items that were more $$ and used the snack credits for those, and then paid oop for the others. One CM at a booth was so impressed with our system..I carried my menu with us..

Some of our favs:

Hawaii-pulled pork slider with pineapple relish
China-Pot stickers
Poland-Peirogi and sasuage
Lobster Roll
Ireland-choc. cake(I could eat about 5 in one setting..yummy!)

Seriously. There was so much food and it was all amazing.

Pulled Pork Lettuce Wraps with Kimchee Slaw - Korea

I thought it was a pretty standard item, but WOW I've never had anything as delcious.

There was something delicious in Norway that had lingonberries on it.

Pierogies in Poland were yummy.

DBF loved his Singapore Sling.

Creme Brulee from France.

We always dowload the menues for the booths and highlight our favorites and new must do's. Everyone has a different pallet. I love the lobster and fisherman's pie in England.

My #1 favorite was the griddled Greek cheese with honey and pistachio. I tried it on a whim and it was amazing. It's grilled crispy on the outside, but warm and soft on the inside.

The warm Belgian waffles with berries and cream was a close runner up.
