Tomorrow is my 180 day mark and I will be using the online ADR system for the first time. We are staying on property and my reservation is in the system. I have heard some complaints about not being able to utilize the 180+10 feature when booking online. Many people have only been able to book for their first day before the system disallows them anything beyond. Is there any advice that you can give me to ensure a smooth online booking experience? I know a lot of it stems from the Disney side, but any advice would be appreciated.

I posted earlier today about my problems this morning. I was told that they were having problems with DVC and bookings made through travel agents.

There doesn't seem to be any work around. You'll be able to book your arrival date. When you go to the next day and enter your resort res number you'll find out if your reservation is affected.

Hopefully you'll be okay, if not take a deep breath and call at 7. :pixie::pixie::pixie:

Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do at all. I even tried to be all "set" and checked my login the day before, found my reservation and all seemed great.

Then, the morning of the system wasn't working right and there wasn't anything I could do.

So, don't stress, try and do them online, but you'll still be fine if you have to wait and call in.

Both times I have done ADR's at 180+10 I have had no problems. I have had to be flexible on times a couple times but it was smooth sailing. I even made reservations for our last trip in February and was able to get everything within and hour of what I wanted. We even got Ohana and Narcossee. Maybe I just got lucky.

I was able to book all of my ADRs at my 180 day mark online but the difference was I booked it online in the evening with no issues at all. The online site may be much better in the evening since everyone tries to jam the site in the morning.

Well, here is an update. I went online this morning at 6am sharp. I was actually able to book ALL of my ADRs for the entire week with absolutely no problems. It was actually amazingly easy. I was very fortunate I think. Our friend who is staying with us, also had no glitches at all. We were both done by 6:15am. So, either Disney is working out the bugs or I was very lucky this morning! By 9am all of my reservations were neatly displayed in my reservation file on the Disney website.
