Our trip is 11/1 - 11/10 2012 so we would be able to catch the last Halloween party and the first Christmas party. Should we do both???

We haven never been to the halloween party and have been to the Christmas party once back in 2008. This will be our DS (age 2) first trip so he hasn't been to either.

I would not be there for the rides, more for the shows, characters, parade, fireworks and dance parties (DS loves to dance!)

I think it would be really fun to do both on one trip!

If you can swing both, why not? If you have to pick one I'd pick the MVMCP just because you're moving toward Christmas so it might be nice to kick off the season with the party.

I personally like the Halloween party better but seeing Christmas through a little one's eyes is so neat it might be worth saving the Halloween party until next time.
