If I read correctly MNSSHP (and MVMCP) were posted last year on May 1st. Any idea when dates will be forthcoming?

I received an email from Magical Journeys, since I have a Sept. trip booked. As of this moment, I don't think you can purchase online yet...you have to call. But the dates are:

DATES: (dates are subject to change)
September: 18, 21, 25, 28, 30
October: 4, 5, 8, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 26, 28, 30, 31
November: 2

Prices range from $59.59 to $74.50, for adult tickets, depending on the date.

You can buy them online! Just go to the Disney World website and go to tickets and packages. Then click on buy park tickets and hit continue. Once on that page at the top there will be a drop down menu, select special events and click go. Once there just scroll down a little to Mickey's Not So Scary! :mickey:

The info I found online said it was currently only by phone. I went through the instructions you listed and only saw park tickets. It's no big deal. I actually like calling and talking to the CM's, which I am currently doing.

Is Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party worth it? It seems hard to justify all that extra expense. Also, is park traffic during the day usually increased if Mickey's Party is at night? Should we stay away from MK on those days?

You just need to change the top drop down to special events. I ordered mine online so it definitely works! :mickey:

I think the special parties are a great experience. The fireworks at MNSSHP (Hallowishes) is the best fireworks show I've ever seen, and the ones at Christmas Party are great too. I'm glad we have been able to enjoy them in the past. But I'm not so sure the price is worth it anymore, maybe because we've been several times already.

When we first went to MNSSHP, advance tickets were $39.95, I think. We had a great time, and went back several times, as the price increased each year. Now they are up to $55.95 advance purchase, $62.95 day of event. That's getting pretty steep for a 5-hour party. Adds up to $223.80 for a family of four. If you've got the extra cash, I'd say it definitely worth experiencing. But if you are on a tight budget to get to WDW in the first place, you might have to really think about it.
