It's almost always right on May 1 or 2 when the official dates are released, but they've been updating the calendar and you can pretty much check and see the days where MK is listed as closing at 7 to know those will be MNSSHP dates. Those are subject to change, but that will be your best bet for now.

Yes, in the past I always remember dates being announced very early in May.

Where do I look? Just on the park calendar? And how do I order tickets when they become available?

It'll be posted here on Intercot and you can look on the park calendar when they announce it. In the past the tickets have not been available to order online from day 1. Usually you have to call. So, I would suggest you call Tuesday or Wednesday if you want to get the tickets. They'll take care of you.
