Anyone know how long the WDW online reservation system will be down?

No. This wasn't an announced system shutdown. I'm assuming the server crashed or something similar. Since it wasn't announced it'll probably be back up as soon as they get it working again.

It is driving me crazy!

I've been up since quarter to six, and still have no idea where I'll be eating 180-days from now :)
