Free DDP Question

I was just looking at some menus and noticed that you can add things like mushrooms or bacon on a sandwich for $1 (like at Le Cellier lunch.) If you are on the free dining plan, would you get charged extra for those things? Or would they be included?

We have been on the DDP several times and always paid OOP for extra things that weren't covered by the plan.

I've never run into this but I highly doubt they'd charge $1 for an extra on a sandwich. I'd call and ask. I'd be interested in knowing the answer to this also.

In the case of LeCellier you may want to check the WDW site for the new menus. The lunch menu you are referring to is quite old. The new menu doesn't have those add ons.

Thanks! I'll check out the new menus. You wouldn't think they'd charge the $1 since you could get a different entree that might be $5 more anyway.

Natstroop, I agree!! Have you eaten at Le Cellier for lunch before? Wondering how it is?

I have never eaten at Le Cellier ever and I'm not willing to give up 2TS for dinner, so we're considering lunch. Everything sounds good on the menu! My mouth was watering just reading it.

Even when Dinner at Le Cellier was only 1 credit, we ate there for lunch. They still have AMAZING choices on the menu. The mushroom filet mignon is so so so good. And the cheddar cheese soup...and the pretzel bread...I could go on and on . . :)

Bottom line.. lunch at Le Cellier is still one of the best places to eat at WDW!
