Best way might be to just go to DHS and walk or take a boat from there to BC.

Cape May is a great breakfast, but getting there is problematic. MGM is your best bet using Disney transport, but it's going to take some work.

Taxi is the est option, especially for an 8 am ressie. Actually, I'm not sure if you'll be able to make it before 8 without a taxi.

Going to the EMH park if it's not Epcot or MGM won't work. Busses don't go back to a resort with any regularity that early in the AM. Using Epcot will require park entry (and then park hopping if you plan on not spending the day at Epcot) and will be quite a haul. Probably similar distance as getting to the Beach Club from MGM though. No lines at MGM to get in the park.

Yeah, there's really no good way to make that trip that early in the morning. I don't think it's even possible. Even the Extra Magic Hour park doesn't open until 8, so you wouldn't be able to walk through Epcot. Your best hope would be to go to Cape May on a day Hollywood Studios opens early. Get on the first bus and then walk to the Beach Club.
