Tutto Italia ADR's?

Anyone know when they'll start taking ADR's for Tutto? Everything I've heard says it will re-open on 4/28, but I didn't know if you could still call and get ADR's?

I did a quick check on-line to see what the earliest date was to make a dining reservation. It appears 5/17 is the earliest to make an on-line reservation.
