I have a question: We are traveling as a party of 5, but only 4 of us are staying at Disney. Our niece is going with her father and meeting us at the parks from time to time. Will she be able to take the ME with us to save her dad a trip to the airport? Has anyone ever done this?

ME will send you a booklet with vouchers containing the names of those with reservations at a Disney Resort. If only 4 of you are staying at a Disney Resort, you will only get 4 vouchers. You can add a 5th person to your reservation, but you will have to pay extra.

Correct. Only those who have a reservation at Disney World can use Magical Express. If she is on your reservation, she can use the service. If she is staying off-site with her dad, she is not eligible for Magical Express transportation.
