Dining With An Imagineer

Hi! We just signed up to dine with an imagineer @ the Hollywood Brown Derby in July. We are really looking forward to this and are wondering if any of ya'll have personal experiences you could share with us?

What kinds of imagineers have you dined with, etc? Also, we saw in several places where this can also be done at the Flying Fish, but under the Disney dining reservations, that's not a choice. Thinking this particular one may have been phased out?!

We did the lunch at Brown Derby and really enjoyed it. For the life of me I can't remember the imagineers name but he was involved with designing the buildings in MK. We had a great group and the conversation was nonstop. We ended up being there close to three hours. We were looking to do the dinner at Flying Fish this year but couldn't find it either.

We did the luncheon at the Brown Derby a couple of years back. The woman who dined with us was an attorney and was involved with doing product tie-ins throughout Disney World. We had a great group - conversation flowed easily and the food was delicious!
