Trying to figure out our dining plans for November (yes, I'm a fanatical planner!). What is a good counter service place to eat in Epcot? :mickey:

World Showcase or FutureWorld? Both have great places to eat, but it depends on where you'll be at lunch.

I like Tangierine Cafe, Cantina de San Angel, the Japan quick service place (not sure of the new name), Yorkshire Fish and Chips. Also, Sunshine Seasons, but I think dining around WS is more fun. We'll go around and split things here and there instead of all eating at one place.

I love the Fish and Chips in England, the CS in Mexico is fantastic also. With the WS - there isn't any bad CS.

We usually eat at Sunshine Seasons b/c of the variety and because it's the restaurant we're always closest to at lunch time (when we do CS - we usually do TS for dinners).

The good news is there's no really bad place to eat CS in WS so that's where I would go. We like Mexico and UK for fish n chips.

If we are eating counter service at WS we get something from each country and share. That way we get all our favorites and each country has great food!

In Future World I like Electric Umbrella and for World Showcase I'd say getting the fish and chips in the United Kingdom.

I would highly suggest Sunshine Season inside The Land

I highly suggest trying the Strawberry Shortcake (that is if you like it)

Lots of good suggestions, I would add the German CS and the desserts in Norway for a snack.

The Tangierine Cafe's shawarma platter with tahini sauce is to die for !!! (I'm drooling too . . )

We have always checked out Norway and Mexico but never actually eaten anything ~ will have to check it out after some of the comments here . . . . . .

I agree on Sunshine Seasons if you want to eat in Future World. Love that place! Fresh food and lots of choices. For WS, we like Cantina in Mexico or we sample snacks around the WS- like school bread and margaritas!:secret:

Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavillion offers the widest range of food in one place. You can be good (moderately healthy) or very bad (all the great desserts!)

I must say that I enjoy eating around the world...strolling. Seeing what looks good...sharing. The teriyaki chicken with rice available at CS in Japan.

You should also try the baklava in Morocco.
