Fall room rate specials

When do they usually post the room only special rates for Fall?? Im looking at September dates, and can't remember when they send out the special rates.

Generally 2-3 months out. Sometimes more, but expect June or so for those kinds of specials.

The current room rates require a booking before June 14th and the Free Dining promotion requires a booking before May 18th. From what I have seen they usually start a new promotion when the current one is expired.

As soon as the late spring booking date ended they came up with the summer promotions.

Of course the Free Dining is the promotion for September so maybe they won't do a room only? I hope this is not the case since the Free Dining is not a good deal for us. We are planning on staying in a Deluxe Villa and would love a room discount. If not we are going to have to downgrade and then it would be too late to use the Free Dining promotion.
