Question about Vacation Packet?

I am 48 days out from my vacation and have not received my vacation packet, which has been paid off since the end of February. I was just wondering when I should expect my packet?

Usually 3-4 weeks before you leave.

Just got mine today and we are 16 days out :cloud9:
