French Quarter Children Activities

Hello, guys. We'll be staying at the French Quarter this October with our DD9 and DS2. It's been a while since we've stayed there and it will be our first time there with our children. I understand they have some nice outdoor activities, like a campfire and sing-a-long, similar to Fort Wilderness. Is that true? Do you any other suggestions you'd think they'd enjoy?

We were so busy in the parks that we did not see or partake in the sing along, but every night they did have a disney movie on the lawn. It was fun for the kids to stop for a couple minutes and watch before off to bed!
