Let's say I got a 6 day MYW pass. Could I use two of my days on the pass at different parks in one day? Thanks!

Nope, you can only use one pass per day. Once you use one ticket for the day, the others are "locked out" until the day is over.

Your options are:
1) Buy the hopper option: $54.00
2) Buy two SEPARATE one day passes: Much more than $54.00
3) Only visit one park per day.
That way Disney can offer the extra days on multi-day passes for only a few dollars to encourage longer WDW resort stays, but can still get paid by guests to park hop.
Disney's got it covered.

I kinda thought so. Otherwise you could buy a higher day MYW for cheaper than the park hopper.
