So when do they begin to start taking reservations for 2013? I want to start planning a trip in Feb and the website won't let me.

If you go through an agent - Magical Journeys, perhaps? - you can book Room Only vacations up to 499 days out. The only concern with that is that the pricing will be subject to change past the end of the current calendar year.

Packages, and pricing updates, generally are announced sometime in August or September. At that time, they open the online booking ability...
