We got free refillable mugs with our resort pkg. , Are the refills free or is there a charge ?

Yes they are free for your entire stay.

Once you purchase the mug (or get it 'free' with the dining package) you can refill it as many times as you like AT THE RESORT AT WHICH YOU ARE STAYING free of charge. You cannot take it (legally) to any other resorts or the parks and get refills...and definitely not to the water parks, as they have bar code readers on their drink machines.

We use our all the time -- coffee (or what passes for coffee in the resorts) in the mornings, soda or iced tea if we return to the resort during the day, hot tea or soda in the evenings before calling it a day.

As far as your other question (on your other post)...There should be plenty of choices in the gift shops at your resort, or elsewhere on property, to purchase sippy cups/mugs for the young one(s)...
