First time Disney cruiser needs advice ASAP!

My daughter and son in law and their 5 year old VERY active son and leaving this coming weekend for a 4 night cruise aboard the Disney Dream. She's looking for any advice/tips that anyone can send her way as she prepares for the trip! Thanks so much. Gayl

Sign up the child for the kids club, take along aloe gel for sunburns, don't overpack. Make sure to have shoes on while on deck,(it gets very hot !)
The best advise I can give to anyone going on a cruise is to relax ! If the child wants a sandwich and only eats 2 bites....so be it ! If they don't want to stand in line to see Donald....that's ok ! It is all about being together and enjoying the time. You do not have to participate in every adventure they have.
On Castaway Cay, have the little one wear a t-shirt - sun is brutal !
