We are going in med Septemeber and based on historic dates the Hallowen party should be going on. When will they annouce the dates? I can make my ADRs March 17th so I was hoping to know by then.

Typically dates are announced closer to May 1st.

I know it is never safe to assume anything, BUT in looking at the park hours for September, wouldnt it be that MNSSHP would be on the dates that the park closes at 7? (in particular 9/14, 18, 21)

There is a website (accessible to the public) used by travel agents which posts park opening, closing times, etc., before the official release. You can find it easily by googling. September is already up. Although the calendar doesn't indicate the nights on which the party falls, it does say on which nights there will be no Wishes (likely because of the party).

The first weekend in Sept - 9/7 and 9/8 - where the park closes at 7pm and no "wishes" is likely to be Night of Joy which used to be at DHS and has recently moved back to MK. I have been there the last several years at the beginning of Sept. and I am guessing that the next night after NOJ that MK closes at 7pm and no wishes will be the first MNSSHP which I am thinking should be Tuesday 9/11 and then Friday 9/14 etc. Last year the first MNSSHP was on the Tuesday after NOJ.
That's how I'm planning my ADR's anyway until the official word comes out....
