Monorail start times

I know this must be on the site somewhere but I cant find it. (probably cos I am so excited cos I've just booked an unexpected trip! :cloud9: ).
Anyway, what time in the morning do monorails start up? I am planning an ADR at MK the first morning, as I know we wont sleep for excitement the night we arrive.

I'm not sure of the exact time but do know that I've used the monorail for pre-park opening dining reservations in the past.

I believe the resort monorail starts at 7am, and the express 1 hour before park opening.

We have taken it a number of times for an 8:05am breakfast with Pooh and Friends. :pooh:
