Poly Pool

With that said here was the Official announcement “The Nanea Volcano Pool at Disney’s Polynesian Resort will be under refurbishment from January 30 - April 1, 2012. Guests may use the Nanea Volcano pool; however, the slide will be down for four weeks beginning February 6, 2012. Guests wanting access to a pools slide can take pontoon transportation to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.”


I am so confused. We arrive on March 31 and we were wanting to spend some time in the pool that day..This is our first time at the Poly.

I was just at Poly having dinner last week. We walked down to the beach and the main ppol was open, just the slide is closed. You will be able to use that pool your 1rst day but the slide will not be available. If you want to use a pool slide, as a POLY guest you can go over to GF or CR and use their pools/slides also. Guests can only pool hop to those 2 other resorts while the main pool slide at POLY is closed. There is also a quiet pool at POLY that is really nice also.
