Your favorite "secret"

I've been reading The Hidden Magic of Walt Disney World and it's got me wondering. What's your favorite Disney "secret?" I love the extra touches, like the smell of cookies in the air, unnecessary, yet above and beyond. Things like that are the reason other places "just aren't Disney" to me.

Our favorite is hearing the dancing lessons down the side street from Main Street in MK. We don't always hear them, so when we do, it's like an extra special present.
