We got some really exciting news that I've been busting to share, but have been afraid to share out of fear that something will jinks me.

I'm going to get to go to Club 33!!!

We go in a couple of weeks and I am so excited. I can't wait. I told my husband that I'll probably ball like a baby out of excitement. I just can't believe that I actually get to ring the door bell and go up in the elevator and live one of the dreams I've had for as long as I can remember.

Ooh, but Melissa, this was your 666th post. I hope that doesn't make you more nervous. :thedolls:

But seriously... Congratulations, and I hope you report back all about it.

You're going to love it! :mickey:

If you are there during Fantasmic you can go onto the balcony and watch it with an unobstructed view that is framed by the trees. We were there so long we saw both showings.

Even the powder room is special.. have fun look around and buy a souvenir. We have the ear hat and a coffee mug.

A friend of mine just joined a group that has a membership and is actually going to be there the same days we are going and I asked her if she could get us a reservation and she actually just added us to her reservation. So my husband and I will be joining her and her daughter for dinner. Our dds' are going to spend the evening in the parks with my parents that night while we are at dinner. The planets truely alligned for this trip. Had it been our normaly family trip, my parents wouldn't be going, which would have meant we wouldn't be going to Club 33. There is no way in the world I would take a 3 year old to Club 33.

Our dinner reservation is at 6:45 I just checked the park schedule and it doesn't look like Fantasmic is going while we will be there. Oh well...I just can't wait to go.

I'm finally back from Disneyland and another work trip I had to take and I'm here to report that Club 33 was amazing!!! I had such a great time and the food and artwork on the walls was amazing. I got teary when we first walked in and got in the elevator. I just wish they hadn't crammed all 4 of us in the elevator at once.

Disney Dream Suite and Walt's Apartment are also on my Disney bucket list. Maybe someday.

I had sweet potato bisque and citrus roast duck with vanilla risotto and maple creme brulee. My husband had lobster scallop crustada and the duck and chocolate citrus cake with eggnog ice cream.

How does one get into club 33? Is it possible to get a reservation?

To get into Club 33, you have to have a reservation made by someone with a membership.

Sounds like you had a great time! Thanks for sharing. I know someone who is a member and has said she can get us reservations. I just need to take her up on it on one of our future trips!
