I love it! One question:

Is there way to put music CD's onto my computer, and then onto the Kindle?

I am a proud Kindle owner as well.

Yes, there is a way.

First, you have to "rip" the CD to your computer. Windows media player can do that. Just google "rip music from cd".

Then, once it's on your PC, you have to connect your Fire to the PC using a USB cable. It's not provided with the Fire but it's a common cable. It's a micro-USB.

If you google "Downloading, Streaming, and Transferring Files to Kindle Fire" you'll get a decent Amazon page about how to do it.

I knew I was going to need that USB cable thing - going to have to get one.

It'll be a few days before I can get the cable, but I'll let you know how I do!

If you has digital camera or smartphone (Not an iPhone) you may already have a cable. I've got too many of this cables from all the devices that used to come with them.
